局外人画廊是中原地区真正专注聚焦国际视野的当代艺术画廊。“Outsider局外人”的概念来源于加缪的经典之作《L ’Étranger》，体现了存在主义哲学关于荒诞的概念。局外人画廊在郑州如同一个旁观者，在郑州荒芜的当代艺术土壤上开荒。
局外人画廊旨在传达全球化语境下来自不同地域 、文化的对话与交流，签约国内外多名艺术家，与国内外画廊长期保持友好关系，向国际藏家输出国内艺术作品的同时将国外先锋作品引入国内，以穿插或互补，为大众展现更多不同地域、不同视角的艺术形式。
在除去当代艺术画廊核心功能之外，以前瞻眼光开拓全新商业艺术模式，跨界多重领域，通过艺术作品 、跨界活动 、行为艺术等诸多媒介进行事件创作，以多维的跨界方式打造当代艺术的超能领域，激活并融合先锋观点与多元文化，试图生成一个可供灵感与创意持续输出的策源地，最终实现一个当代艺术为核心，外延到商业的艺术实验所。
Outsider Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in the Central Plains that truly focuses on international vision. The concept of “Outsider” comes from Camus’ classic work “L’Étranger”, which embodies the concept of absurdity in existential philosophy. Outsider is like a bystander in Zhengzhou, pioneering in Zhengzhou's barren contemporary art soil.
Outsider aims to convey dialogue and exchanges from different regions and cultures in the context of globalization. It has signed contracts with many domestic and foreign artists, maintained long-term friendly relations with domestic and foreign galleries, exported domestic art works to international collectors, and introduced foreign pioneering works. Domestically, more art forms from different regions and perspectives are presented to the public through interspersion or complementation.
In addition to the core functions of contemporary art galleries, we will develop a new commercial art model with a forward-looking vision, cross-border multiple fields, create events through art works, cross-border activities, performance art and many other media, and create contemporary art in a multi-dimensional cross-border way.
