木木美术馆是收藏家林瀚、雷宛萤（晚晚）夫妇于2014年共同创立的艺术机构。其位于北京和成都的多个展览空间全年定期举办展览，并呈现包括表演、音乐、现场活动和讲座在内丰富多元的公共项目。木木美术馆致力于展出国内外当代艺术家的新近创作以及艺术史上的重要作品，探索并诠释美术馆在当代文化语境下的责任与使命。木木美术馆至今举办了诸如萨勒曼·图、马丁·马吉拉、布鲁斯·瑙曼、大卫·霍克尼、保罗·麦卡锡等艺术家在中国的首次机构个展，同时与包括英国泰特现代美术馆和大英博物馆在内的诸多国际艺术机构合作，为本地观众带来独特的展览内容和观看体验。2015年，木木美术馆获得民办非营利艺术机构资质，并于2020年由国家文物局授予博物馆资质。
M Woods Museum is an art institution co-founded by collectors Lin Han and Lei Wanying (Wan Wan) in 2014. Its multiple exhibition spaces in Beijing and Chengdu host regular exhibitions throughout the year and present a rich and diverse public program including performances, music, live events and lectures. M Woods Museum is committed to exhibiting the latest creations of domestic and foreign contemporary artists and important works in art history, exploring and interpreting the responsibility and mission of art museums in the context of contemporary culture. M Woods Museum has held the first institutional solo exhibitions in China of artists such as Salman Thu, Martin Margiela, Bruce Nauman, David Hockney, Paul McCarthy, etc. Many international art institutions, including the Museum of Modern Art and the British Museum, have cooperated to bring unique exhibition content and viewing experience to local audiences. In 2015, Mumu Art Museum obtained the qualification of a private non-profit art institution, and in 2020, it was granted the qualification of a museum by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.
