拾萬空间（北京）非常荣幸地将于5月25日带来吴越之的个展：为您报时。本次展览的作品均是艺术家近两年的创作，代表了他对“未来”的一种类似蓝图式的想象。
吴越之痴迷于“过去”和“未来”之间的矛盾关系，使得“当下”在他那里仿佛酒精中毒后的断片感（blackout ）一样，被无限缩小并接近消失。时空的挤压与塌缩，让吴越之对“未来感”的社会主义历史充满了科学幻想式的想象。当这种精神构架至上式的思考，与荷尔蒙相遇之际，便孕育出某种激动人心的时刻。
Hunsand Space (Beijing) is delighted to announce the solo exhibition "Blackout" by Wu Yuezhi, opening on May 25th. All works presented in this exhibition have been created by the artist over the past two years, collectively embodying a blueprint-like vision of his imagining of "the future."
Wu Yuezhi's obsession with the paradoxical relationship between "the past" and "the future" renders "the present" in his perspective akin to the fragmented sensation experienced after alcohol-induced blackouts, infinitely shrunk and verging on nonexistence. The compression and collapse of space-time fuels Wu Yue's science-fiction-like imaginings of a "sense of futurity" within socialist history. When this ideologically superimposed mode of thinking intersects with hormonal impulses, it gives rise to moments that are thrillingly exhilarating.
