1975年出生于辽宁抚顺，艺术家、艺术理论家，哲学博士，毕业于中央美术学院博士后，现生活工作于北京。
在艺术理论研究方面，邹操涉猎于现当代西方哲学与艺术的比较研究、当代艺术理论、西方现当代美学、中外美术史、中国古代画论与思想研究等多个领域。在艺术实践方面，邹操的艺术创作内容丰富，系统庞大。其艺术创作涉猎于绘画、装置、影像、科技艺术及其“社会雕塑”等众多领域。
Born in Fushun, Liaoning in 1975, artist, art theorist, doctor of philosophy, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts as a postdoctoral fellow, and currently lives and works in Beijing.
