1978年出生，1994年考入中央美术学院附中，先后就读于中央美术学院油画系，本科及艺术硕士研究生毕业。2008--2013年任教于中央美术学院油画系材料表现工作室，2003年参与创建著名青年艺术团体N12。2009年获中央美院“Eland”艺术奖油画金奖，2010年第十八届世界美学大会展“艺术的多样性”展览，获优秀艺术家奖，2012年《艺术与财富》杂志评为中国年度艺术家。
Born in 1978, he was admitted to the Affiliated High School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1994, and studied at the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, graduating with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in art. From 2008 to 2013, he taught at the Material Expression Studio of the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 2003, he participated in the establishment of the famous youth art group N12. In 2009, he won the Gold Award for Oil Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts "Eland" Art Award. In 2010, he won the Outstanding Artist Award at the "Diversity of Art" exhibition at the 18th World Aesthetics Conference. In 2012, he was named China's Artist of the Year by Art and Fortune magazine.
